Reminder for teachers:
Most teachers pass on the low cost of Piano Explorer as a material's
fee. At only $5 per student (group subscriptions) for a full year of great
magazines, this is less than the cost of a meal at a fast food restaurant.
As always we work to keep our costs and thus the price of the magazine as
low as possible, especially in this difficult economy.
To add students to a subscription or
renew: call 888-446-6888 or order
online.

Summer Fun:
Summer is the perfect time to be outside. Summer music festivals
offer a wonderful way to relax while listening to some great music.
Events at a festival may include concerts, rehearsals, master classes,
or lectures. Many summer festivals have outdoor concerts where you can
spread a blanket and enjoy a delicious picnic. Once the music starts,
lie down and take in the beauty of the sights and sounds around you.
Here are some famous summer festivals for classical
music:
Aspen Music Festival, Colorado
Eastern
Music Festival, Greensboro, N.C.
Interlochen Arts Festival,
Michigan
Musica Academy of the
West, Santa Barbara, California
Ravinia Festival, Highland
Park, Illinois
Tanglewood, Massachusetts
