• Summer Camp Directory
  March issue
  In March a listing of summer camps for students and teachers is published. This directory lists pricing, dates, contact information, and courses offered. This is a free listing. However, many summer camps also choose to place display advertisements for greater visibility. Our mailing goes out in late December and art and listings are due around the third week of January.
• College Directory
  October issue
  October's issue includes our Annual Directory of Music Schools. We give tuition costs, application deadlines, contact information, and the types of music degrees offered. Although this is a free listing, it is also a good time for schools to place a display ad to attract top music students; we make every attempt to place all school ads within the directory. The free listing form is sent to schools in late July.
• Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic Preview
  December issue
  In December an editorial feature runs on The Midwest Clinic that highlights the school bands performing and special events during that special time in Chicago. This issue reaches subscribers in early December, just before they leave for the conference. Many advertisers have realized the effectiveness of placing an ad in this issue to attract our subscribers to their booths. We will gladly add a booth number to any ad at no cost.
