Fred Waring Director's Award for Chorus
Fred Waring (1900-1984) was one of the leading choral directors of the 20th century. He composed and arranged music, and his choral group, The Pennsylvanians, spread the popularity of singing. We recently added his name to the Director's Award for Chorus with the endorsement of his widow Virginia. The award recognizes the talent and enthusiasm of outstanding choral members.
