Standing Orders: If you do not currently have your awards on a standing order, this is a great option for many directors. Each year we send a confirmation letter so that you can make changes or add a purchase order number. Then your awards are sent in early March in plenty of time to get them engraved for your awards ceremony. Avoid last minute rush charges with this easy option. You may cancel a standing order at any time. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] or call 888-446-6888.

Standing Order Confirmation Letters are sent in January along with an awards catalog. Please contact us at [email protected] or call 888-446-6888 if you have any questions.

Important Award policies:

1. We will only ship awards to a school address (with the exception of certificate frames which may be ordered by parents and students).

2. If you are presenting one of our awards, you must also purchase at least one element of a student award from us to present to the student. Schools may not just put the student's name on a wall plaque.

3. All awards sold by The Instrumentalist Awards LLC (including the names and images) are registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and are protected by registered marks. Duplication of these awards or the creation of similar awards is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Full award policies are found here.

Shipping: Charges within the continental U.S. are based on the dollar amount of awards ordered. (Details)  Rush shipping  (1-day, 2-day, and 3-day) is also available. For delivery outside the cont. U.S. or rush orders, you must call 888-446-6888 or 847-446-5000, or email [email protected].

Important Certificate Information - It is strongly suggested that you do NOT put certificates through a printer but instead write the student's name in ink. The gold seals and ribbons tend to come off in most printers and destroy the certificate.
